Brun joins from H&M where he spent 16 years working “across different continents and a variety of execution and strategic management, focusing on sustainability and supply chain management.”
Zalando said Brun’s appointment will help “secure an even stronger and more holistic approach for achieving company goals and commitments in areas that are pivotal for transforming both Zalando and the wider fashion industry.”
He will report into Padmaja Bommareddy, SVP Corporate Development at Zalando and is now responsible for driving the etailer’s “strong commitment to the areas of sustainability and D&I and further integrating them into the strategic ambitions of the company.”
Bommareddy said he “shares our strong passion for creating a more equitable and sustainable world for future generations and enabling the fashion industry to drive positive change.”
