A hungry black bear gave a new meaning to the concept of takeaway food when it swiped a Florida family’s dinner order from UberEats off their porch.
A video filmed by a Ring home security camera shows the $45 Taco Bell order being dropped off at their home in Orlando, per local outlet WOFL-TV.
Quickly, a black bear casually approaches and grabs the bag in its mouth before lumbering away.
The family, which included couple Laidy Guiterrez and Daniel Bula, come out to fetch their food and look around in confusion when they see it is missing.
They later checked their security cameras and discovered the fate of their dinner.
“He came, and he grabbed the food – then he came again for the soda,” their niece Nicole Castro told the outlet.
Gutierrez told the local outlet that bears are so common in their neighborhood that they often check their security cameras before leaving the house.
UberEats issued a refund for the stolen food, Guiterrez told the outlet.
