Alex Bierens de HaanMany hotels realize that making memories and having the best family vacation means bringing the entire family along—four-legged members included. These days, hotels at every price point are not just allowing our furry companions, they are rolling out the red carpet to treat pets like VIP guests with treats, amenities and even chef-curated menus.
When looking for a pet-friendly place to stay in Houston, it is best to read the fine print carefully. The fees and restrictions can vary widely between accommodations. Many hotels allow only certain types of animals: Some have breed restrictions and weight limits, while others are more inclusive. It is also best to plan ahead and take advantage of any seasonal pet packages the hotels offer, to ensure your fluffy sidekick gets to enjoy all the fun amenities.
With all that in mind, here are 11 of the best cat- and dog-friendly hotels in Houston and surrounding areas.
