Apple’s watchOS 9 software brings quite a few new features to the Apple Watch. Many of them are related to fitness, health, sleep tracking, etc. One of the enhancements is AFib History.
Apple has expanded the AFib History feature on Apple Watch to more countries. This includes the US, UK, Canada, and more, with plans to support over 100 countries.
The first-of-its-kind AFib History feature in watchOS 9 has received multi-regional clearances and approvals from health authorities around the world, and is available in over 100 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Hong Kong. will be available. Kong, Mexico, South Africa, England, etc. AFib History takes place in Australia later this fall.
Apple has been expanding the Apple Watch’s health features over the last few years, and the latest features are now available in select countries. At the time of this writing, it appears to have been added to the ISA and Canada, but it does not appear to have been rolled out to countries such as the UK yet.
It may take some time for Apple to roll out this new Afib History feature to all the new countries listed above, as these countries may require some kind of approval. We’ll let you know as soon as we have more details about when it will be available.
