What is Hartle?
Heardle is an internet-based musical puzzle designed by Josh Wardle, creator of the popular word game Wordle. The game is inspired by his Wordle and retains the original Wordle game’s simplicity and other unique features that Wardle designed as a surprise gift for his wife. All you need to do is guess the name of the artist of the song of the day.
Like Wordle, Heardle also takes a browser-only approach and does not have separate apps for Android or iOS. Unlike other data-hungry applications, he can only play one game a day, which helps keep his addiction in check. Plus, the game is free of ads and required permissions, so your game stays uninterrupted and safe. Following Heardle’s success, Wardle sold it to streaming giant Spotify, and the game is currently only available on Spotify’s website.
How to play hurdles?
You can start playing Heardle by visiting the official Spotify page. The gameplay screen has 6 slots where you need to enter the correct name of the artist. If you do not answer correctly 6 times in total, you lose the game. Our first guess is that you can listen to her six times for 1 second of the song and a total of 16 seconds. If you lose, the game considers you “unlucky” and displays the correct answer on the screen.
