The NFL general manager could be fired before next season, reports say.
Cardinals general manager Steve Kaim took a leave of absence from the team earlier this year.
However, the Cardinals are expected to replace him full-time by the 2023 season.
“After incumbent GM Steve Kaim announced earlier this week that he would be taking medical leave from the team, the general idea around the league is that he will be permanently replaced in that role starting in 2023.” CBS Sports reported Sunday morning.
“During Keem’s absence, the reasons for which have not been disclosed, general manager duties have been split between Quentin Harris, vice president of player affairs, and Adrian Wilson, vice president of professional affairs. Information in the league. Sources believe both will be considered full-time roles after the season.”
I wish Steve Keim all the best in his career.
