Pierre, SD — South Dakota Attorney General Mark Burgo released the following Attorney General’s statement regarding the November 2024 General Election:
The title of the proposed amendment is Constitutional Amendment Proposed to Regulate Abortion.
The Attorney General’s explanation was drafted after a thorough review of the comments received during the 10-day comment period on the proposed amendments.
