Most people have smartphones these days. Some have two. Whether for entertainment or work, we have come to rely on these mobile devices and hardly spend any time away from these small screens. These mobile devices have the ironic ability to connect us to so many people around the world, but the people in front of us have turned me on. It separates us socially. This has become an unfavorable situation in some homes, so this simple yet innovative furniture concept is a solution that uses the same techniques and techniques used to keep valuables safe inside a safety deposit box. is trying to provide

Some would simply argue that such artificial measures might be overkill, since all you have to do is put the phone down. But if that were the case, the social and psychological problems of this “smartphone addiction” wouldn’t be a problem in the first place. And like any addiction, simple willpower is not enough.
Unhook leaves nothing to chance and basically provides a solution to force people to let go of their phones for a period of time. Use something like a safe or safe deposit box, or at least one with a timer function in addition to a digital lock. The idea is to put your phone or other gadget in it and set the time the door will stay locked no matter what. The box can’t be opened until that time has passed, but it’s probably equipped with an emergency “master key” as well.
It’s easy to have a time-locked safe in your home, but Unhook disguises it as part of your room’s décor. Such safes are often embedded in walls or hidden inside cabinets, making them difficult to access, slow to access and less likely to actually be used. Instead, the design calls for a low box that hides inside a drawer on a long, narrow wooden table. The table can be placed against the wall and simply slide the drawer cover to the side to reveal not only boxes but another free space for other items.
By design, we recommend placing Unhook closer to the entrance, but for practical and security reasons it may not be wise. Placing it in a room where it makes sense to be away from your smartphone for a while, such as the dining area or family room, might work better. It may be more efficient than a hidden box.
