Cooper, who announced his resignation in June, became the longest-serving CEO in Warner Music’s history, appointed in August 2011 following the acquisition of the world’s third-largest record label by Len Bravatnik’s Access Industries. Kyncl and his wife Luz run the Kyncl Family Foundation. The Kyncl Family Foundation provides financial assistance to students from minority communities pursuing STEM degrees. Kyncl holds his MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the State University of New York New His Paltz.
